CNC Gantry Machining Center (Box in Box)
PONC PHC5D Series 5-Axis CNC Gantry Machining Centers are used in defense industry, aerospace, shipbuilding, power generation, heavy machinery manufacturing, locomotives, machine tools, textile machinery, printing machines, mold manufacturing and other industries.
This machine is a compact bridge type gantry machining center, all movement axes are on the left and right walls of the machine. The worktable is stable, the weight of the workpiece does not affect the machining accuracy.
Precise 5-Axis Simultaneous operation from the head.
The box-in-box technology on the Z Axis balances the force around this structure during the cutting process, which increases the stability of the machine during machining and maintains precision by ensuring even thermal distribution.
Mono block body structure. Bottom table and walls are cast in one piece.

High-Performance 5-Axis Linkage Machining: Equipped with high-performance 2-axis head, HSK A63 high-speed motorized spindle, realizing multi-direction and multi-angle machining to meet the high smoothness machining requirements of various special-shaped parts.

Integrated Worktable and Wall Ensure the Accuracy of the Machine Tool: The "U-shaped" symmetrical structure design of the integrated worktable and wall ensures the accuracy of the machine tool and can effectively reduce the influence of temperature on the spindle center position. It also maintains a strong anti-leakage effect of the machine tool.

The thermally symmetrical box-within-a-box beam and sliding seat effectively reduce spindle center shifts due to shop temperature, thus improving machine tool accuracy and stability.
The ram is mounted on four heavy-duty, high-precision linear roller guide rails, making it very stable and robust.
