CNC Profile Machining Center
PONC PDE4D Series 4 Axis CNC Profile Machining Center is mainly used for processing aluminum and steel profiles in industries such as automobile, railway transportation, machinery manufacturing, etc.
- It is used for surface finishing of bent or curved parts.
- 5th axis can be used with the rotary table.
- Fanuc OIMF+ and Mitsubishi M80 control units.
- Since it is movable from the 4-axis head, it is suitable for multi-station use on the table.

B-Axis ±90° Rotation to Meet a Wide Machining Range:
4th-axis machining differs from the traditional method of adding a rotary table, but is designed to rotate the B-axis within ±90°, enabling the manufacture of more complex parts, accessing "hard-to-machine" locations, and increasing productivity. It simplifies production and operator work.
