PONC PL Series 3 Axis CNC Vertical Machining Centers feature high speed and high precision with Taiwan brand 3 axis linear guideway.
The three axes adopt Taiwan/Japan P class 45# precision roller guide rail to ensure the processing rigidity of the machine.

BT40 Spindle Delivers High-Precision, High-Speed Machining: The 12,000-rpm spindle features a large-size motor and is driven by a direct-drive servo motor. It is robust and reliable for high-speed milling or drilling. Its constant-temperature design features an independent water jet, low temperature rise, minimal thermal deformation, and stable machining performance, effectively extending tool life.

2-Second High-Speed Tool Change: 2-second tool change time reduces downtime and increases machining efficiency. The disc-type tool magazine can store 24 tools, providing excellent flexibility in operation.
