CNC Profile Machining Center
PONC PCD5D model CNC aluminum profile machining center is widely used in the automotive industry, machinery manufacturing and other aluminum processing needs, as well as processing multi-angle and special-shaped parts.
SIEMENS and HEIDENHAIN control units are used for the PCD5D series.
It has full high accuracy 5-axis machining capacity with its precision PONC B/C head.
It is suitable for processing profiles of various lengths such as aluminum and copper.
Automatic chip conveyor is the standard configuration, which facilitates chip removal.

Advanced 5-Axis Simultaneous Machining to Meet Multi-Angle, Multi-Directional Machining Needs: Powerful 5-axis machining is built to meet special-shaped, multi-directional machining; provides ±185° continuous rotation on the B-axis and ±320° continuous rotation on the C-axis.

Cast Iron Bed with Strong Shock Absorption Capacity and High Physical Stability: The worktable and machine bed are molded from one piece of cast iron, undergoing excellent heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress, with sufficient reinforcement plates and three rows of support legs to ensure gravity rigidity.

Double-Arm Moving Column Structure Ensures High Rigidity and Precision: The concentrated double-arm column structure provides outstanding stability for the entire machine tool by dispersing extra mechanical force from the spindle gantry and reducing the effects of vibration when the machine is in high-speed machining.
