PGMA Series | Bridge-Type CNC Machining Center
PONC PGMA Series Bridge Type CNC Machining Centers are used in defense industry, aerospace, shipbuilding, energy generation, heavy machinery production, locomotives, machine tools, textile machinery, printing machines, mold manufacturing and other industries.

Fixed Beam Design with Movable Work Table: The work table is movable (X-axis), the spindle moves along the beam (Y-axis), and the ram moves up and down (Z-axis).

Higher Rigidity, Better Dynamic Performance, and Precision:The fixed beam structure offers good rigidity and a large spindle load capacity, allowing for greater processing intensity.
The simple structure with lightweight moving parts facilitates control of machining deformation.
The short distance between the beam and the worktable ensures greater stability, better dynamic performance, and accuracy.

Excellent for Heavy-Duty and Rigid Machining:
The rectangular double-column gantry structure, which has sufficient rigidity to withstand loads in all directions and bending, increases machining accuracy thanks to its high machining strength.

Z-Axis Dual Servo Drive Achieves High Response Time: The Z-axis dual servo drives at the Center of Gravity, balancing the forces (F) on both sides and eliminating the return torque generated during driving. High responsiveness and synchronization are achieved during acceleration, thus achieving stable machining accuracy.

High-Rigid Machine Bed Ensures Stable Machining:
Drive at the center of gravity for good guidance.
The screw is mounted at the center of gravity, ensuring rigidity and stability. The worktable has small overhangs and high rigidity.
The bed features a four-rail structure.
It adopts imported linear guides, providing high precision, high rigidity, low friction, and long-term accuracy. -
