PGMB Series | Bridge-Type CNC Machining Center
PONC PGMB Series Bridge Type CNC Machining Centers are used in defense industry, aerospace, shipbuilding, energy generation, heavy machinery production, locomotives, machine tools, textile machinery, printing machines, mold manufacturing and other industries.
- X-axis 4-way large linear guideways.
- Z Axis 450×450 mm ram box slide.
- Z Axis dual motor with gearbox and dual ball screw movement.

Movable Worktable Walking Beam Design: The worktable is movable (X-axis), the spindle moves along the beam (Y-axis), and the ram moves up and down (Z-axis), the beam moves up and down along the column (W-axis).

Wide Working Area for Ultra-High-Precision and Rigidity Workpieces: The moving beam can effectively increase the machining range and facilitate the machining of ultra-high-height workpieces. The strokes of the moving beam and the ram can be overlapped, ensuring that spindle accuracy is not affected by the spindle extending too far.

The Z-axis dual servo drives at the Center of Gravity, balancing the forces (F) on both sides and eliminating the rotation torque generated during driving. High responsiveness and synchronization are achieved during acceleration, thus achieving stable machining accuracy.
