CNC Gantry Machining Center
PONC PHB5D Series 5-Axis CNC Gantry Machining Centers are used in defense industry, aerospace, shipbuilding, power generation, heavy machinery manufacturing, locomotives, machine tools, textile machinery, printing machines, mold manufacturing and other industries.
This machine is a compact bridge type gantry machining center, all movement axes are on the left and right walls of the machine.
The worktable is stable, the weight of the workpiece does not affect the machining accuracy.
The bridge type design provides large processing area and high processing precision.
Precise 5-Axis Simultaneous operation from the head.
Z Axis 500×500 mm ram box slide. X Axis is moved by 4 servo motors, Y axis is moved by 2 servo motors, providing both precision and power.

High-Performance 5-Axis Joint Machining:
This high-performance 2-axis head, equipped with an HSK A63 high-speed motorized spindle, performs multi-directional and multi-angle machining to meet the high-smoothness machining requirements of a variety of special-shaped parts.

Optimized Structure Ensures High Equipment Performance:
The light weight of the moving parts enables high rotational feed rates, reduces the load on the lead screw and guide rail, reduces wear, and improves machining accuracy and extends machine life.
The bridge structure increases the rigidity of the load-bearing part of the machine tool, effectively preventing vibration that can occur when the beam moves rapidly and the spindle operates at high speeds.
The bilaterally symmetrical pyramidal bearing structure can provide high rigidity, high load-bearing capacity, and high stability.
